E-membership is issued to the person who had registered to our “Le Moon Club Loyalty program” and may not transferable to any other person. For each eligible transaction, you will receive a notification by email and through your e-wallet within 24 hours.
To earn or redeem a voucher, you must show your e-membership at the time of consumption.
LE MOON reserves the right to modify any aspect of these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
In case of any disputes, Le Moon reserves the final decision.
VOUCHER
For each eligible transaction, you will receive a notification by email and through your e-wallet within 24 hours.
After 10 visits, a voucher equivalent to 10% of your total spending in our venue will be granted. This voucher can be used from your next visit (starting from the 11th visit).
To earn or redeem a voucher, you must show your e-membership at the time of consumption.
E-vouchers are not transferable.
E-vouchers redemption subject to restaurant seating availability.
E-voucher is usable in one time. If the transaction amount is less than the voucher amount, no change will be given.
E-vouchers can be used at Le Moon within 30 days days of the issue date.
E-vouchers cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
E-vouchers will be removed from your account once they are redeemed.
